At Say The Label, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional products and experiences. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we aim to make this process as convenient as possible. Please review our return policy outlined below:
Our Policy
FULL PRICE ITEMS - (Refund or Credit or Exchange)
- We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Personalised or customised items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- Free returns for a size exchange.

- Due to hygiene regulations, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on items such as earrings. Please choose carefully.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund/ Exchange unless deemed faulty.
- Sale Items include purchases made with a discount.
BLACK FRIDAY SALE
Final Sale: All Black Friday purchases are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return please follow instructions on our returns form! You have 14 days to action a return after receiving your order.

We will cover the cost for full priced items for an exchange. However, unfortunately we do not cover costs for items to be returned to us for a refund, customers are required to pay for postage.
