Exchanges & Returns

At Say The Label, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional products and experiences. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we aim to make this process as convenient as possible. Please review our return policy outlined below:

AUSTRALIA

CLOTHING: 

FULL PRICE ITEMS -  (Refund or Credit or Exchange)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

We do not offer refunds for purchases made using Afterpay. These purchases are eligible for a gift card only. 

We kindly ask that items are folded and packed neatly when returned.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund/ Exchange unless deemed faulty.

  • Sale Items include purchases made with a discount.

JEWELLERY 

For hygienic purposes we do not provide exchange or refunds for change of mind. If a product is genuinely faulty / damaged in shipping, we will fix the piece. 

Please note that all pieces are made by hand and each have their own quirks and imperfections. No piece is the same.

INTERNATIONAL: REFUND ONLY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Full-priced items purchased online are eligible for a refund only. We do not offer exchanges for international orders.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Please email returns@saythelabel.com.au with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll provide you with the next steps.
