To be eligible for a return, items must:

Australian Orders
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. If you have opted in to Checkout-Plus, you are eligible for free returns coverage.

We do not offer refunds for purchases made using Afterpay. These purchases are eligible for a gift card only. 


What is Checkout-Plus?
When you opt in to Checkout-Plus at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return eligible item(s) for a refund, exchange, or store credit at no additional cost.

If you choose not to purchase Checkout-Plus, you can still lodge a return through our Returns Portal, however you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Return shipping costs vary across Australia based on your location and will be calculated when your return is processed.


International Orders
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Full-priced items are eligible for a refund or store credit only.

Checkout-Plus is not currently available for international orders. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Sale Items
Items purchased as part of any sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit unless deemed faulty.
Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items.


Faulty Items
We take great care in the quality of our garments. If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make things right.
