At Say The Label, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional products and experiences. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we aim to make this process as convenient as possible. Please review our return policy outlined below:

Our Policy 

FULL PRICE ITEMS -  (Refund or Credit or Exchange)

• We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Personalised or customised items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
• Free returns for a size exchange.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund/ Exchange unless deemed faulty.

• Sale Items include purchases made with a discount.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Please email returns@saythelabel.com.au with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll provide you with the next steps.

• We cover return shipping costs for full-priced items being exchange.
• For refunds, customers are responsible for the return postage.
