Estimated delivery timeframes commence from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

AusPost Standard, 2 to 5 business days, AUD $10. AusPost Express, 1 to 4 business days, AUD $15.

Free standard shipping on orders over AUD $250, applied automatically.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship from Melbourne with Australia Post to five countries.

New Zealand: standard NZD $15, express NZD $25. Free standard shipping over NZD $310.

United Kingdom: standard GBP £12, express GBP £20. Free standard shipping over GBP £135.

Singapore: standard SGD $20, express SGD $30. Free standard shipping over SGD $225, free express over SGD $400.

China: standard AUD $20, express AUD $35. Free standard shipping over AUD $250.

United States: standard USD $25. Free standard shipping over USD $300, duties and taxes included.

DUTIES & TAXES

For selected destinations, including the United States, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout to help minimise unexpected charges upon delivery. While we make every effort to ensure these charges are accurate, additional customs fees, taxes, import duties or government charges may occasionally be imposed by local authorities. These charges are outside of our control and remain the responsibility of the recipient. If you have any questions regarding import requirements in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders placed before 1:00pm AEST on business days are generally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm AEST will be dispatched on the next business day. During collection launches, promotional periods, public holidays and sale events, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
