2XS to 2XL on most styles, with stock rolling into the larger sizes now. The Flora Wrap Skirt comes in three bands, XS-S, M-L and XL-2XL. We are widening the range as we grow, because we want Say to fit more of you.

Often, yes. We make in small batches, so we restock a lot of our favourites, though it can take a little time, and what we bring back depends on how many people ask. If you are keen on a size or colour, select it and tap Notify me. That tells us what to restock, and you get one email the moment it is back, nothing else.

Cotton poplin, 370gsm heavyweight cotton, our own daisy lace, a linen and lyocell blend, denim and cotton canvas. Every cloth comes from a mill we know and trust, chosen for how it is made as much as how it feels, which is part of why a piece takes time to arrive and costs what it does. Each fabric has its own page under Fabrics, with composition, weight, stretch, feel and care.

Cold and gentle, line dry in shade, and as rarely as you can get away with. The exact care for each cloth is in the Care accordion on every product page and on the Fabrics page.

Designed in Melbourne, cut, sewn and hand-finished in our workrooms in India, where Sophie works with the same artisans every season.

Standard AusPost is $10 and takes 2 to 5 business days. Express is $15, 1 to 4 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders over $250.

Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day usually leave Melbourne the same day. After 1pm, the next business day. Launches, sales and public holidays can add a day.

Yes, to five countries, all from Melbourne with Australia Post. New Zealand is NZ$15 standard and NZ$25 express. The United Kingdom is £12 standard and £20 express. Singapore is S$20 standard and S$30 express, free on standard over S$400. China is A$20 standard and A$35 express. The United States is US$25 standard, free over US$300, with duties and taxes included in the price.

Through the Returns Portal: enter your order number and email, choose the pieces, and pick exchange, store credit or refund. It takes a minute.

14 days from the day your order arrives to request an exchange, refund or store credit through the Returns Portal. Items need to be unworn and unwashed with the tags on.

If you added Checkout-Plus at checkout, the return label is included and you can exchange, take store credit or a refund at no cost. Without it, the return label is paid by you and priced by your location when the return is processed. Checkout-Plus is not available on international orders yet.

Sale items are final unless faulty. Afterpay purchases can be returned for a gift card rather than a refund.
